Thinking Strings^® Returns Policy

Prior approval is required before returns will be granted. There is a $10 fee for individual purchase refunds. No refunds will be given after 10 days from original purchase date.

NOTE TO BOOKSTORES: Please contact us at sales@thinkingstrings.com. Bookstore return requests must be received within 30 days of the start of the semester or quarter for which the software was ordered. Bookstore products must be returned in unaltered original package with unbroken seals.
